Position Objective
Responsible for ensuring the attraction, selection, onboarding, and development of the talent required by the manufacturing facility, leading recruitment and training processes for hourly, technical, administrative, and professional employees.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment and selection processes for hourly and salaried positions.
Develop sourcing and talent attraction strategies aligned with plant workforce requirements.
Manage new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
Coordinate the Training Needs Assessment and Annual Training Plan.
Manage skills matrices, certifications, and training programs for manufacturing employees.
Coordinate development initiatives for supervisors and key talent.
Monitor key indicators including vacancy coverage, time-to-fill, early turnover,
and training plan completion.
Partner closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other functional areas to support operational talent needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Training within a manufacturing environment.
Experience recruiting both hourly manufacturing employees and professional/salaried positions.
Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Strong results orientation, organizational skills, sense of urgency, and communication abilities.
