Position Purpose

The Product Analyst supports product delivery, business analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement across QFS and R&I; digital products in the Americas region.

Supports product strategy execution through requirements management, KPI monitoring, process analysis, backlog refinement, reporting, and insight generation.

Required Competencies
- Technical & Functional Skills: Agile, requirements management, Jira/Azure DevOps/Confluence, Power BI/Tableau, advanced Excel, SAP or related quality systems.
- Business & Domain Knowledge: QMS, FSMS, CAPA, investigations, audits, supplier quality, and food safety regulations.
- Systems & Data: KPIs, data governance, master data, reporting, and enterprise data ecosystems.

Language Requirements
- English required.
- Spanish preferred.
- Portuguese a plus.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.




- 3 - 7 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant Agile, Business Analysis, Quality, HACCP, PCQI, or Six Sigma certifications are advantageous.
