Must-Haves
- 10+ years of network engineering experience.
- Strong OT / industrial / manufacturing networking experience.
- Enterprise LAN/WAN networking experience.
- Network segmentation and secure network design.
- IDMZ architecture and OT cybersecurity concepts.
- Routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and network redundancy.
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting, including high-availability environments.
- Experience supporting plant-floor, automation, and edge-connected systems.
- Experience with deployments, maintenance windows, cutovers, and operational support.
- Ability to work with both IT and plant engineering teams.
- Strong communication, ownership, and troubleshooting skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Manufacturing, industrial, or plant-floor environment experience.
- Automation, controls, or industrial systems networking.
- Large-scale OT network deployments or plant modernization.
- CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or similar networking/security certification.
- Experience developing OT network standards, deployment procedures, or architecture guidance.
- Experience working with production engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.
Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
