What role you will play in our team
The Process Advisor is a key leadership position at Planta Vallejo, focused on driving process excellence and operational transformation. This role leads process optimization initiatives using LEAN principles,
partners with cross‑functional teams to implement impactful improvements, and contributes to the execution of the VAL Masterplan.
As a change agent, the Process Advisor challenges the status quo, brings forward innovative ideas and best industrial practices, and plays a meaningful role in advancing the plant toward world‑class operations. This position offers strong visibility and growth opportunities for professionals with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What you will do
Generating a workplan to enhance and improve operations, coordinating activities, coming up with solutions, engage with vendors and other areas such as planning, maintenance and other Process areas (blending, packaging and warehouse). Gain knowledge in LEAN, train other personnel.

Generate initiatives for process optimization
Coordinate activities required in process changes from blending, packaging and warehouse
