About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, target-driven
Sales Representative
to engage past and prospective clients, foster lasting relationships, and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing lead outreach, promoting high-quality outdoor clothing products, and closing sales to expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound client outreach through phone, email, and digital communication channels.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities and actively generate qualified leads.
- Effectively present and promote outdoor clothing products to prospective buyers.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads through the sales pipeline to ensure high conversion rates.
- Close sales deals to meet performance targets and drive company growth.
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience in sales, outbound calling, or business development preferred.
- Proven track record of conducting client outreach across multiple channels (phone, email, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, follow up consistently, and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge or personal interest in outdoor apparel or sporting goods is a strong advantage.
- Language Requirement:
Advanced English communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory.
- Location:
Open across Latin America; Expats are welcome.
