Job Summary:
The Data Entry Trade Compliance Analyst is a dual-focus role responsible for the precise management of import/export data and the rigorous oversight of Mexican trade compliance programs. This position ensures that all commercial operations are reflected accurately in the company’s ERP and specialized compliance systems, directly supporting the legal health of the IMMEX program and Annex 24/31 controls.
Schedule:
On-site Monday through Friday.
This is a 9–12 month contract position with the potential to convert to a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
I. IMMEX & Regulatory Compliance
- Inventory Control:
Maintain strict oversight of temporarily imported goods, ensuring accurate identification and tracking within Annex 24 and Annex 31 systems.
- Customs Documentation:
Coordinate "Virtual Pedimento" operations with customs brokers, customers, and suppliers to ensure fluid material movement.
- Regulatory Maintenance:
Keep IMMEX program information up to date, ensuring full compliance with the Mexican Customs Law (

) and SAT regulations.
- Financial Alignment:
Maintain accurate

and Data Stage records for accounting and audit readiness.
- Operational Integration:
Partner cross-functionally with Logistics, Finance, and Operations to integrate trade compliance into daily business execution.
