What will you do?
- Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities and support workforce planning
- Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution to foster a positive work environment
- Leverage HR data and metrics to drive informed decisions on talent management and organizational design
- Lead change management initiatives and coach managers on performance, leadership development, and employee growth
- Manage unionized workforce relationships, support collective bargaining processes, and lead negotiations with union representatives to maintain constructive labor relations.
