We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to join our team. The Automation Engineer will design, build, and support enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and modern SharePoint frameworks to enhance IT, Business, and Operation areas. The role blends hands-on development with operational support, focusing on reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement. Awareness of AI capabilities in the Microsoft ecosystem is essential,



with experience in Copilot and agent-based solutions highly desirable.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and modern SharePoint, including SPFx as a nice-to-have
- Ensure optimum performance, stability, and security across multiple systems supporting Finance and Science, providing workarounds, root-cause analysis, and permanent fixes
- Evaluate and implement AI capabilities across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform AI Builder, and agent-based automation
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for applications and platforms, including incident, task, change, and release management aligned to client standards
- Take end-to-end ownership of issues and deliveries through resolution or escalation, maintaining clear communication and documentation
