As an HR Administrator you will own a key support position for the HR Function and will contribute to achieve organizational goals for the Fisher Toluca Engineering Center.
You’ll be responsible for the daily administrative HR duties to support effective and efficient operations of the Human Resources department. You will work aligned with the HR Manager to ensure the execution of day-to-day operations as well as provide guidance to all employees.
As a human resource administrator your day-to-day duties include, but not limited to:
Recruitment:
- Follow up on the statutory and internal hiring procedure
- Support HR Manager on coordinating logistics for Emerson branding activities with universities and other associations, including document and agenda control and follow up
- Design and send to all the FTEC personnel the information related to the job postings for the internal Bid.
- Prepare files and forms for new employees
On boarding and training:
- Assist with facilitating new employee orientation
- Facilitate and support orientations for successful new hire socialization and transition into the organization
- Facilitate the on boarding process of new employees
- Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations and on boarding program
- Propose, quote, implement and continuously improve an attractive On Boarding Kit for all new hires
- Generating, documenting, and controlling all the information that supports this process in compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Design the on boarding, training, and education programs for all FTEC Employees, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Federal Labor Law
Employee Relations and other:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations




- Assist and support HR in planning/coordinating culture engagement events, employee opinion survey, team building, lunch & learns, organization of events
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (turnover, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Execute, control, and follow up to new entrance and renewal for all employees medical and life insurances
- Responsible for managing hires, moves, and terminations in Oracle
- Full involvement and follow-up (until final implementation) of projects related with HRIS (HCM Job Reclassification Project, ADP, Updated employee’s database), keeping constant communication and involvement with the HR Manager.
- Compiling and maintaining paper, digital, and electronic employee records, including files, and contracts
- Maintain and control proper records of employee attendance and leaves
- Document, process and control all HR processes and procedures for FTEC
- Suggest, promote, and track Emerson Recognition & Rewards
- Coordinate different statutory processes (NOM 35, Federal Law, STPS, Other applicable)
- Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to propose improvements for workplace efficiency
- Support on Organizational Events (Planning, Mid year review, etc)
- Support and manage all communications for FTEC Employees
- Take inventory of office supplies and order/restock as needed




- Generate purchase orders and monitor the entry of invoices for payment of suppliers in the HR area
**Required Education, Experience & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, or closely related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources
- English communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Strong computer skills in MS Office
- Knowledge about the Federal Labor Law, STPS Procedures and NOM-035
- A high level of confidentiality
- The flexibility and willingness to learn.
