**Job Description**:
SR HR Partner acts as a strategic and operative partner for the executives and the associates, or for the management on site, or for cross-sites issues in all HR matters.
Acts as a guide for the leadership line in his/her area by exchanging views freely and as a corrective where necessary.
Facilitates the HRL Strategy in his area of responsibility by implementing appropriate HR measures.
Ensures the implementation of HR standards, policies and processes in his/her area of responsibility.
Advises leadership and associates on HR topics, such as benefits and compensation, recruitment, development programs, general services, discipline administration and legal compliance.
Coordinates the HR Partners core processes and compliance of KPI's to ensure HRL Strategy achievement.
Develops HR Partners under his/her responsibility.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent English
