**Puesto: Financial Controller**
LOCATION: Saltillo, Coah
**JOB DUTIES INCLUDE**:
- Month end closing and dealing with day to day financial and accounting operations
- Overseeing day-to-day book-keeping such as daily journal entries, daily bank account reconciliations.
- Participating directly in the billing process to ensure completeness of invoicing, timely raising of sales invoices and collections.
- Preparing annual/quarterly budgeted financials and rolling forecasts with actuals
- Support price, margin, cost and exchange rate analysis. Validate customer pricing and new business proposals.
- Manage suppliers/accounts payable. Ensure that all reasonable discounts are taken.
- Manage factoring process.
- Exert full ownership of the master costing file.
- Participate FOB pricing policies and monitor GM% levels by product.
- Monitor transportation and distribution expenses for primary markets.




- Maintaining rolling cash flow and working capital estimate on a continuous basis.
- Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics/KPI’s.
**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Bachelor degree with at least 6 years experience in both management and financial reporting
- Professional qualification
- Demonstrate a track record of achievement and willingness to take complete ownership
- Experience with ERP systems/Quickbooks a definite advantage
- Possess strong leadership, motivational, analytical and advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Enthusiasm for innovation, open mind and entrepreneurial approach
