**Job description**:
1. Responsible for the planning of the PCBA Electronics Control manufacturing process and formulation of the production process in the Mexican factory
2. Responsible for the confirmation of process standards and qualified products conditions
3. Responsible for PPAP data compilation
4. Responsible for the editing and distribution of sop files
5. Responsible for employee training
**Job requirements**:
1. **A minimum of 6 years' experience working with PCBA processes, with good NPI exposures in factory environments.**
2. Is an expert of SMT & DIP processes.
3. Familiar with TS16949 and VDA6.3 standards.
4. English as working language is preferred
