**Summary: Provide case management support to Attorneys by preparing discovery, assembling and organizing case materials, and writing memoranda.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Respond to discovery, such as Interrogatories and Request for Production of documents;
- Draft brief deposition summaries and medical treatment summaries.
- Read and summarize deposition transcripts;




- Conduct legal and miscellaneous research;
- Prepare legal and other correspondence;
- Communicate with potential and existing clients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- **Fluent in English and Spanish**:
- Exceptional research and writing skills
- Impeccable command of English grammar and spelling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Qualified persons will be well organized, motivated, self-directed and detail-oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Personal Injury experience is a must
