We are a family-owned chain of acupuncture clinics that focuses on patient care. We are looking for a dependable, honest, and friendly person to join our team. Stable full-time remote work, training will be provided.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- High capability to multi-task.
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as a remote team player.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing to participate in a background screening.
- Great communication skills, written and orally.
- Must be adaptable and adaptable.
- Must have a computer and high-speed internet. Our phone system is virtual and requires high internet.
**Responsibilities may include, but not limited to**:
- Scheduling of appointments over the phone.
- Verifying medical insurance coverage and processing referrals.
- Effectively coordinate with insurance companies and other health care providers.
- Demonstrate empathy, concern,
good listening skills, and compassion for all patients.
- Provide administrative support to medical staff.
- Assist back-office tasks of medical documentation, coordination, and accounting data entry.
- Provide medical staff with translations for patients who prefer to speak Spanish (virtually).
