**Requirements**:
- Fluent conversational skills in both English and Spanish (B2 level or higher).
- Previous Call Center experience, ideally in a customer service environment
Basic computer skills
- completed secondary school
- Age 18 - 50
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with calm and professionalism
