A global leader in the design and manufacture of automotive seating is seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Quality Manager** to join their team in Tetla, Tlaxcala.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the Quality department, ensuring the highest quality standards are met across all product lines, with a focus on exceeding expectations for key clients such as Tesla, VW, Audi, Mercedes, and Volvo.
- Develop and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Spearhead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives, implementing corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee internal and external audits and ensure successful completion of all relevant quality certifications.
- Lead and mentor the Quality team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development through effective performance monitoring.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, and Logistics,



to ensure seamless integration of quality processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry for premium customers: Tesla, VW, Audi, Mercedes, and Volvo.
- Fluent in English (essential).
- Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 standards and implementing and managing QMS.
- Expertise in core quality tools and methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to confidently interact with general executives and customers.
- Strong leadership and personnel development skills, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
**Job Offer and Benefits**:
Competitive salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 MXN per month plus superior benefits package.
