_**Nepanoa has partnered with our client on their search for a Manufacturing Operations Manager**_
- **Summary**_
As a Manufacturing Operations Manager you will be responsible for all stages of production activities to ensure delivery of high quality, cost effective andon schedule products.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Operations point of contact with other manufacturing partners and Contract
Manufacturer’s (CM) manufacturing leadership team.
- First line manager for operations team leaders.
- Ensure on-time and high quality output to production plan.
- Support Documentation Control system to manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), product
specifications, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), etc.
- Use your technical skills to drive DFX efforts on all new products to ensure products are
optimized for manufacturability, quality, reliability, serviceability, flexibility and cost.
- Work with Design teams to support new manufacturing changes and ramp into
mass production.




- Support Technical Operations and our CM partner to develop and implement any
additional manufacturing test processes as needed.
- Management/oversight of CM Shop Floor Control System
- Drive cost reductions and product quality improvements through manufacturing yield
enhancement programs.
- **Qualifications**:_
- BS in ME, or equivalent experience (Masters degree desirable).
- 15+ years work experience in Manufacturing Operations or related disciplines.
- Expert knowledge of manufacturing, test, supplier mgt & statistical process controls.
- Excellent project management, communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-starter, with ability to work independently
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
