Responsibilities:
**Job Description: Technical Consultant**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Client and Vendor Liaison**: Act as the primary point of contact for interface implementation between clients, vendors, and internal product teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- ** Training Delivery**: Deliver comprehensive software training sessions to clients, ensuring that all users can effectively utilize our products.
- ** Technical Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve connection issues and other technical problems that may arise during the implementation and use of our software.
- ** Feedback Integration**: Gather and analyze client feedback to advocate for product enhancements and process improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Technical Expertise**: Strong background in software development, IT, or a related technical field.
- ** Communication Skills**: Exceptional ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**:



Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- ** Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Previous experience in a technical consulting role.
- Familiarity with banking software and systems.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and creating training materials.
- Previous technical experience installing and supporting core financial service provider software is a plus; examples include organizations such as Finastra, Jack Henry, Fiserv, Fidelity, Open Solutions, Data Center Inc, etc.
