Our mission is to create seamless, impactful experiences for universities, schools, and students through thoughtfully designed tours and events.
Working Shift - 8 Am - 4:30 pm Mexico Time ( Tentative)
Language - Fluent in English
**Key Responsibilities:Pre-Tour**:
- **Tour Bookings**: Coordinate and confirm all bookings for university delegates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- **Onboarding Support**: Guide clients through the onboarding portal, ensuring all required information is complete for a smooth tour experience.
- **Virtual Client Meetings**: Conduct and lead professional virtual meetings with international clients to address tour details, resolve concerns, and ensure readiness.
- **Client Preparation**: Provide clients with detailed itineraries, travel guidelines, and essential documentation.
**During the Tour**:
- **Virtual Support**: Serve as the primary virtual contact for university delegates to address real-time transport or logístical concerns.
- **Problem-Solving**:



Handle unexpected logístical challenges swiftly, ensuring mínimal disruption to the tour.
**Post-Tour**:
- **Deliverables**: Prepare and deliver all post-tour deliverables to clients, including reports, feedback summaries, and relevant documentation.
- **Documentation Updates**: Maintain accurate records of transport bookings and client interactions for future reference.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 2 years in logistics coordination, transport booking, or a similar role, preferably in travel or event management.
- **Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in**:
- CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Travel booking software.
- Travefy or similar travel planning tools.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple transport schedules and client needs simultaneously.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quick and resourceful in addressing logístical challenges and providing effective solutions.
Pay: $10,000.00 - $12,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
- International Clients success: 2 years (preferred)
