**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented promoter and administrator for luxury villas to join our team. This role involves promoting and managing luxury vacation villas, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
**Responsibilities**
- Promote 2 villas for vacation rental
- Coordinate entrance and stay of the guest and survey maintenance of the villas
- Handle customer inquiries, provide client services, and address any concerns promptly
- Communicate effectively with clients in a bilingual capacity as needed
**Qualifications**
- Experience and knowledge in using OTA's
- Prior experience in customer service or client support roles is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective client communication
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
Work Location: Remote
