**Job Summary**
- Create development plans for cell leaders, increasing their level of shared competencies.
- Create action plans to promote an environment where the best people come to do their best work (Engagement).
- Manage and ensure the operation and production plan to meet the key performance indicators of the area.
- Develop and implement process improvements using the BSF tool that impact safety, quality, productivity, and service level.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**
- Build trusting relationships by interpreting the emotions and behaviors of team members in an environment of continuous feedback.
- Responsible for implementing strategies that team members use to achieve a goal, delegating tasks based on the strengths and skills of each member and providing the necessary training to complete certain tasks.
**Experience (Minimum Required Experience)**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- High knowledge of Microsoft tools such as: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to read and analyze data and charts
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with people at all levels
