We are currently looking for a Sr. Specialist Finance M&Sto; join to Finance. This role will be primarily responsible for the financial control and analysis of **Variable Marketing Expenses**, ensuring the optimization of commercial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and scenario valuation.
**A day in the life**:
- Oversee financial control of **Variable Marketing Expenses**, ensuring alignment with business targets.
- Analyze commercial strategies, including dealer incentives and commercial offers by model, across Budget, Forecast, and Vigente scenarios.
- Monitor incentive programs per unit by model, identifying variances against budget, forecast, and outlook.
- Provide finance support for Marketing & Sales (M&S;) payment approvals and business case evaluations.
- Lead the automation of manual finance processes with measurable cross-functional impact.
- Develop and recommend continuous improvement strategies to maintain an effective incentive mix between retail and fleet segments.
- Analyze and control the M&S; budget to ensure optimal resource utilization and support the development of budget proposals to Finance Direction.
- Deep dive analysis of incentive programs by each NMEX model
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.
**Professional Profile We Are Looking For**:
- Bachelor degree: Finance (Accounting, administration industrial, economics or related) or business-related.
- 3+ experience in finance, planning departments, product marketing or similar. Desirable in the Automotive Industry or Program Management background in other Industry.
- Capable to understand,



manage and explain variance impacts due to volume, rate and mix impact on per units and sales incentives programs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel Advanced and PowerPoint), Process Mapping and Project Management tools.
- Nice to to have: Tableau or Power BI / SAP / Thinkcell.
