**JD Business supervisor**
**Responsibilities**:
1. Have some experience in call center management;
2. Provide business guidance, support, and conference organization to the local debt collection team;
3. Training, retention, screening, and supplementation of team members
4. Manage HR, administrative, and IT teams
**Job requirements**:
1. At least 2 years of experience in Call Center or debt recovery companies, a university degree or higher, age between 22 and 35 years;
2. Chinese language preferred or English;
3. Actively striving, possessing good professional ethics and team spirit
4. Nationality: only Chinese
**JOB OFFER**:
1. Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 06:30
2. Salary from 30k to 40k
