**Looking Remote Assistant for Appointment Scheduling**
Work from home for a solar company helping with setting and confirming two knds of appointments.
You will be helping the sales team confirming Solar Appointments by calling the prospect and ensuring their attendance.
Salary**:$3,500 Libre Semanal + 100% Remote fom Home**
**Job Activities**:
The Remote Assistant job is designed to remove work off the team's back. While the sales reps are finding customers and scheduling appointments, you will be following up on those appointments from confirmation to closed sale.
- Confirm or reschedule appointments for Sales Reps
- Keep the Customer and the Sales Rep Updated
- Assit with customer communication and documentation
**Two Fixed Schedules to Choose From (no es rotativo)**:
Monday to Satuday (sundays off always)
**10 am to 3 pm** or **3 pm to 8 pm**(work 5 hours a day, 6 days a week)
**Requirements**:
The main requirement is to be organized and reliable
- Two years of call cente experiencec (customer support / Appointment Setting)
- Prefered Experience with Sales
- Optional Solar Experience
- Computer Skills
- English 90% and Spanish (You will be calling in Texas.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $3,500.00 per week
Expected hours: 30 per week
