- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and leasing activities.
- Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Address tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively to maintain positive relationships.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet leasing standards.

- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and property leasing regulations.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions effectively.
