Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Profile:

- 1 year of experience in customer service, either in person, by phone, or online.
- Office/Computer skills
- Fluent in English

Responsibilities

- Providing customer service to distributors regarding their orders via telephone
- Informing distributors about promotions, events, and new product launches
- Guiding distributors on order processing and/or service inquiries
- Reactivating accounts with personalized follow-up
