Job Description:
Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world
As Transportation & Energy Key Account Quality Engineer you will play a key role for driving customer satisfaction with key accounts for the Transportation and Energy Vertical Business in Mexico. In this role you will be able to collaborate directly with key accounts to manage their specific requirements, obtain their product approval and solve their most challenging quality issues. All this by building trust with customers to enable value creation.
The impact you will make in this role
- You will drive customer satisfaction quality objectives with key accounts
- You will become the quality expert for what is necessary to sell product into the customer
- You will lead problem-solving activities to resolve customer specific complaints
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain production approval from customers
- You will influence other functions to adopt industry and customer requirements and standards
Your Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in a science, technology, engineering or mathematics discipline
- Five years of quality, product/process engineering, program management, manufacturing experience in Transportation or Energy industries




Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Demonstrated problem-solving and project management skills
- Fluent Spanish speaker and effective communication skills in English
- IATF16949, AS9100 and Core Tools demonstrated experience
- Able to travel up to 25% of the time domestic/international
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in Automotive Industry as a Tier 1 supplier
