**Responsibilities**:
- ** Inbound/Outbound Calls**: Spend approximately 80% of your time handling inbound calls and 20% making outbound calls to engage potential clients.
- ** Call Transfers**: Quickly assess customer needs and transfer them to the appropriate department, ensuring a smooth experience and directly supporting the sales process.
- ** Performance-Based Pay**: Earn up to $9,000 weekly based on successful transfers, including commissions. Top performers regularly exceed $12,000 per week, with no cap on earnings.
- ** Full-Time Commitment**: Full-time availability is required. Versátil hours may be offered to top performers based on results.
**Requirements**:
- ** Fluency in English and Spanish**: Must be fluent in both spoken and written communication.
- ** Ability to Work in a Dynamic Environment**: Comfortable meeting performance goals and adapting to fast-paced changes.
- ** Customer Service Experience (preferred)**: Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a call center setting.
- ** Lead Handling Experience (preferred)**: Experience managing and converting leads is a plus.
