Long Term Futures is partnering with a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Rubery, Birmingham, seeking a **Year 5/6 Teacher** for the first term. This full-time position requires a teacher with **strong behaviour management skills** to support an upper KS2 class effectively.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 5/6 pupils.
- Assess, monitor, record, and report on pupil progress.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, implementing consistent strategies.
- Work alongside a teaching assistant to provide targeted support.
- Lead parent evenings and provide regular progress updates.
- Differentiate planning to meet a range of needs, including SEN pupils.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)



with Induction completed.
- Experience teaching within upper KS2 (Year 5/6).
- Proven ability to manage challenging behaviour in the classroom.
