The Role
As a Telecommunications Trainer, you ll:
- Deliver engaging training to learners on IT & Telecoms Diplomas (Levels 2 and 3).
- Share your practical knowledge to bring learning to life.




- Support and guide learners through their training journey.
- Help build confidence, skills, and readiness for the workplace.
- Work with a team that values quality, learner success, and your own development.
What We re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in telecoms (fibre, networks, field engineering, or similar).
- A minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Passion for developing others and sharing your skills.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Willingness to complete a teaching qualification (fully supported by us).
