**Requirements**:
100% bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
With or without collections experience (training offered).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team spirit.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on international accounts receivable.
Communicate effectively with clients in English and Spanish.
Record and update payment information accurately in the system.
Support the finance team with reports and documentation.
Payment and purchase orders.
