Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inclusive English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan and implement a broad and balanced curriculum aligned with national standards
- Inspire students to develop a love for literature and language




- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning through effective classroom management
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to the development of a forward-thinking English department
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Holds QTS or an equivalent UK teaching qualification
- Experience teaching English up to GCSE level
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies
- Passionate about inspiring young minds and fostering a love of reading and writing
- Skilled at engaging learners of all abilities
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
