- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgy) or equivalent skills and experience required.
- Minimum 5 years in engineering management, preferably in the electronics manufacturing or EMS industry, with experience in high mix/low-mid volume production of PCBA’s and Box Build Products.
- Strong technical background with expertise in electronic product design, manufacturing processes, maintenance and quality management systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
- Experience with assembly process evaluation, control, and validation, PFMEA, SPC, and first article process controls, Design of Experiments (DOE), Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Process Management Software Program Applications, Computer Aided Design (CAD) or similar programs is highly desirable.

- Drive innovation and technology adoption by staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
