**Reports to**:Financial Controller.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Finance and Business Analytics**
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making and targeted reporting.
- Build and interpret long-term financial and operational models.
- Monitor and report on metrics such as cost per box, rezaga costs, packinghouse productivity, and inventory trends.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across ERP (Contpaq), Excel, and other systems.
- Provide insights on cash flow and its impact on sales and cost structures.
- Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools.
- Support the Controller and CFO with strategic initiatives and special projects.
**Data Management, Integration, and Reporting**
- Access and manage enterprise data sources, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Integrate data from ERP systems, Excel, and cloud-based platforms to provide a comprehensive data insights.
- Execute and monitor ETL processes to ensure accurate data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Clean and transform data to ensure consistency, reliability, and usability across systems.
- Demonstrate patience and attention to detail when working with complex or inconsistent data.
- Generate dashboards and reports for multiple departments.
- Document BI processes, tools, and procedures.
**Other**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define data requirements.
- Cross-train with colleagues to ensure business continuity.
- Promote organizational culture and model the company’s mission, vision, and core values.
**Qualifications**
- **Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.




- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, Excel, and Power BI (or similar data visualization tools).
- Experience with ETL processes and data transformation.
- Background in operations, maquila, accounting, or finance is highly desirable.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required.

- Strong analytical and statistical abilities with attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, work ethic, and discretion with sensitive data.
- Effective communication and emotional intelligence to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to identify trends, interpret seasonal patterns, and provide actionable insights.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to cross-train to support team continuity.
- **Technology**
- Familiarity with ERP systems (i.e., Contpaq) and business intelligence platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills for modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to integrate and manage data across cloud-based and on-premise systems.
- Adept at using various productivity and video-conferencing apps (e.g., Ring Central, Zoom, Teams)
- Knowledge of database systems, data management, and information systems. to ensure data accuracy and streamline operations.
- Familiarity with tools or systems that automate processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual work.
- Basic understanding of data security.
- **Physical Demands**
- Standard office work environment with extended use of computers and data systems.
- Ability to travel up to 50% in the first year, especially between February and August, with reduced but ongoing travel in subsequent years.
- Occasional flexibility required for Saturday rotations and extended work hours during peak periods.
