We are looking for a proactive and driven Field Marketing Intern to join our TikTok Shop team in Mexico. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing e-commerce platforms.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in executing offline merchant recruitment campaigns in key commercial areas.
2. Conduct face-to-face visits to local businesses, explaining TikTok Shop’s model, benefits, and onboarding process.
3. Support merchant registration, documentation, and account setup.
4. Collect and organize merchant feedback and report market trends.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve local seller acquisition strategies.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
2. University student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Self-motivated, detail-oriented,



and able to work independently.
5. Comfortable with field work and interacting with diverse types of merchants.
6. Medium level both verbal and written proficiency in English is required for work with English speaking stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to commit to working for at least 24 weeks
