Here’s what you need to know about this position:
**THE WORK**
- Translate and expand brand guidelines into cohesive visual systems, and create new brand languages when required.
- Develop compelling design narratives and prototypes that communicate ideas clearly and inspire stakeholders.
- Bring designs to life through motion and microinteractions that enhance usability and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with engineers in Agile environments to refine designs, address trade-offs, and ensure seamless implementation.
- Work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and product teams to align technical feasibility with creative vision.




- Maintain robust design documentation using Figma and collaboration tools to ensure a single source of truth and real-time iteration.
**NEEDED EXPERTISE**
- 4+ years of experience designing digital products with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, from concept to launch.
- Mastery of design fundamentals including composition, typography, and visual storytelling, supported by strong UI and branding skills.
- Deep understanding of user-centered and accessible design principles (WCAG), and localization best practices.
- Advanced proficiency with tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into human-first, commercially impactful design solutions.
- Experience collaborating in Agile environments and working with cross-functional teams on large-scale technology or advertising products.
- Strong communication, adaptability, and creative problem-solving skills within fast-paced, evolving design contexts.
