**The Role**
As an Employability Tutor, you will:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality group and 1:1 sessions in employability and vocational qualifications such as Customer Service, Business Administration, and Adult Social Care.




- Mentor and support learners to achieve qualifications, embedding Maths, English, and employability skills.
- Track learner progress, set SMART targets, and ensure timely achievement of qualifications.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, helping learners overcome barriers to attendance, motivation, or performance.
- Work to Ofsted standards, safeguarding requirements, and quality frameworks.

**About You**
We re looking for someone who is:
- Qualified to teach or train at Level 3 or above (PTLLS, AET, or equivalent).
- Experienced in delivering employability, functional skills, or vocational qualifications.
- Passionate about education and supporting learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Adaptable and organised, with strong communication and coaching skills.
- Confident with IT, learner tracking, and performance reporting.
- (Desirable) Holds an IAG qualification and previous sector experience.
