**Your role**:
**In this role as a Junior Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring supplier quality standards meet Capgemini Engineering's requirements. You will work closely with electronic manufacturing services (EMS) suppliers to maintain quality control processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.**
**In this role you will play a key role in**:
- **Performing supplier qualifications, developing action plans, conducting audits, and monitoring performance to drive supplier improvements**:
- **Working with EMS suppliers on design control, verification and validation activities, production controls, and corrective actions**:
- **Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely availability of parts and equipment while providing regular updates to stakeholders**:
- **Delivering Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation for all components**:
- **Working collaboratively with internal and external partners to generate quality documentation and ensure compliance with quality requirements**:
- **Conducting design reviews between engineering teams and suppliers**:
- **Determining Part Quality Plan (PQP) elements including First Article Inspection (FAI), capability studies, FMEA, control plans, and Gage R&R;**:




- **Supporting supplier and process development initiatives to enhance overall quality performance**
**Your profile**:
- **Good conversational**English**skills (B2, C1, C2)**:
- **Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field**:
- **0-1 year in quality**, manufacturing, product quality, or supplier quality in a manufacturing environment (Junior level)**:
- **Basic understanding of**electronic manufacturing services (EMS) processes**:
- **Proficiency in data management tools, particularly Microsoft**Excel**:
- **Fundamental knowledge of**quality tools such as FMEA, control plans, and capability studies**:
- **Basic project management**skills with ability to organize and prioritize tasks**:
- **Analytical**problem-solving**skills and ability to manage complex tasks with guidance**:
- **Good**communication**skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers**:
- **Willingness to learn and develop expertise in mechanical and electronics commodities**:
- **Ability to**work in a team environment**and adapt to changing priorities**:
- **Knowledge of**Six Sigma methodologies**and Design for Reliability (DFR) principles is a plus**
