**About the Role**
Manages the work activities and staff responsible for providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services within the lease administration platform. Focuses on day-to-day operations and manages relationships with internal and external customers to ensure client service needs are met.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Acts as main-point-of-contact with internal client for all service delivery concerns.
- Resolves critical issues for clients
- Acts as a team lead including providing work flow
- direction to co-workers and providing account supervision.
- Participate on the onboarding process in order to get a new account set up and operating quickly and efficiently.
- Ensures data integrity and accuracy by performing quality control review of work completed by team members.
- May provide and/or assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.




- Performs other duties as assigned including PTO coverage
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- At least 05 years of experience or 15 months working in CBRE Portfolio Services and 12 months working in CBRE Portfolio Services if the position is in the same account
- Experience in property management or real estate accounting preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- MBA (any area) preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products).
