- Reporting to Operations Engineering Manager, PCBA Process Engineer roles involves working on PCBAs activities related with the SMT and PTH process._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Process Improvement_
- _ Establish manufacturing process_
- _ Manufacturing Line qualification_
- _ Evaluate process for manufacturing_
- _ Implement robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters_
- _ Following to increase the yield and implement process improvement to reduce the scrap_
- _ Implement Engineering Changes requested by customer_




The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ Read and interpret Technical specifications_
- _ Experience in APQP or process validation (Medical Industry)_
- _ Core tools_
- _ Knowledge of pFMEA and process validation_
- _ SMT Process, Stencil Design, Reflow Oven understanding_
- _ Experience in SMT process_
- _ Experience in PTH process_
- _ Fluent English Level_
- _ Robot programming process development_
