**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare detailed, customer-ready repair quotes including labor, parts, and lead times in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with technical experts to clarify scope of repairs and confirm technical details.
- Communicate with procurement to verify pricing, shipping, and availability of parts.
- Track open quotes and follow up with customers to drive approvals.
- Maintain records of quotes, parts pricing, and repair recommendations in the company system.
- Ensure all quotes comply with company policies, service standards, and industry regulations.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Requires college credits in a related field, with a degree considered a plus.
- Requires 1+ years of experience in quoting, estimating, or parts coordination in a technical service environment (preferred: cleanroom, lab equipment, HVAC, or similar industries)




- Proficiency with quoting within ERP/CRM systems.
- 1+ years of purchasing or administrative
**SCHEDULE**
Monday to Friday
8:00 am to 5:36 pm
**SALARY AND BENEFITS**
$23,600 - $27,300 gross monthly salary (final salary pending per experience in the field)
