We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Foreman**to lead and manage teams on our production floor in Tijuana, Baja California.
The main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- ** Team leadership**:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of construction workers or production personnel.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members.
- Motivate and encourage team members to achieve high performance levels.
- Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns promptly and effectively.
- ** Safety management**:
- Enforce all safety regulations and procedures on the job site or in the production facility.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure that all team members are properly trained in safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- ** Production and construction management**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction project or production line.
- Monitor progress and identify any potential delays or problems.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.
- Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards.
- ** Quality control**:




- Inspect work in progress and complete work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and correct any defects or deficiencies.
- ** Communication**:
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, project manager, engineering, logistics and other members of the team.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and any issues that arise.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input.
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
- Education: Architect, civil engineer, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, ideally in modular or prefabricated environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents. Knowledge of construction methods and materials. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
- Competencies: Exemplary leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Other: Fluent bilingual in English and Spanish. Ability to travel to the United States for site assessments and meetings. Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions.
