**The Opportunity**:
In this role, you will report to the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition-Shared Services and support our Talent Acquisition activities teams across the Western Hemisphere. This onsite role will be based in Mexico City, Mexico.
**EXPERIENCE**:
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred);
- **Experience**: Entry-level position. Experience with administrative tasks, customer facing positions, including internship experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a human resources coordination role, or related position
- Tools: Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (particularly Workday) is preferred
**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and have strong organizational skills
- Previous background screen experience strongly preferred
- High proficiency in English language both written and spoken
- Proficiency in other regional language desirable
