Providing SME support to users, Query Management, Data Quality checks and reconciliations, Business Rule Development, performing Impact Assessments on CRs and coordinating with IT for platform incidents and evergreening.Data integration. Oversee and optimize the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure data is accurately loaded from various sources into the warehouse.Data Collection and Cleaning. Provide support in gathering data from various sources and preparing it for analysis by ensuring accuracy and consistency.Performance and optimization. Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to ensure data quality, availability, and security.Troubleshooting. Provide or coordinate technical support, troubleshooting issues with performance, data, and system compatibility, perform strong analytical to interpret data and troubleshoot complex issues.Liaison and coordination. Act as a liaison between technical teams, such as data architects, engineers, and analysts, and coordinate projects.Documentation.



Create and maintain technical documentation, including metadata, diagrams, and process flows.Data Analysis. Using statistical techniques to analyze datasets and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Reporting and Visualization. Creating reports, dashboards, and charts to present findings in an understandable way, often to non-technical audiences.Collaboration. Working with technical and non-technical teams to understand their needs and provide relevant insights.The role also involves stakeholder management, working with project team for smooth BAU transition of new systems and processes, assist in process re-engineering, testing strategies and training team members
