**Position Overview**
We are hiring **remote** **Customer Service Representatives** in Mexico to join our operations team. While logistics experience is not required, **dispatch experience is a must.** We provide full training in drayage operations, so what matters most is your strong English communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate daily with customers, drivers, and dispatch teams in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of container pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Think quickly to troubleshoot issues and keep operations running smoothly.
**Qualifications**
- Must be located in Mexico and able to work on-site.
- **Dispatch experience required.**:
- Bachelor’s Degree (any field).
- Excellent English (verbal and written) with strong comprehension skills.
- **Fluent in both English and Spanish**.
- Ability to think quickly, stay organized, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
**Work Hours**
- Monday to Friday, U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
Pay: From $9,000.00 per month
