As a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, you'll collaborate directly with the Plant Director to drive performance and embed Operational Excellence. **What you'll do**
- Lead plant finance role with responsibility for delivering targeted results
- Main driver and change agent for strategic initiatives (e.g. Operational Excellence )
- Lead business and financial reporting activities, estimates and analysis (AOP)
- Capital planning owner (CAPEX)
- Perform tactical analysis to support solid plant decision making
- Provide the sponsorship required for cross-functional projects to succeed and assure required resources for initiation and completion of projects in the plant
- Support Plant director with information about cost and projects




- Provide on time information to Plant Management and Staff personnel to take decision and proper short/long term planning
**What We’re Looking For**
- Completed d egree in Accountant, Economy or Administration
- Fluent English
- Minimum 10 years of experience (minimum 5 years in lead management role)
- Minimum 3-5 years direct manufacturing experience (3-5 years financial analysis experience)
- A visible and passionate leader with personal courage to recommend/make difficult decisions
- Able to interface seamlessly with the Plant Leadership and associates on the shop floor
