**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process and verify vendor invoices and customer payments with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage A/P and A/R transactions, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in maintaining accurate general ledger records.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Assist with month-end close activities and provide supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and support audits.
- Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives within the accounting function.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on both A/P and A/R.




- Solid understanding of debits and credits and familiarity with general ledger accounting.
- Experience with bank reconciliations and transaction-level bookkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn—someone who enjoys problem-solving and working with numbers.
- (preferred) Exposure to Balance Sheet and Income Statement preparation or review.
**WHAT WE OFFER**
- Monthly Salary of $23,000 to $26,000 gross (bruto)
