**Job Description**:
- Proven experience as a Director of F&B; in luxury resorts, 5-star hotels, or high-end lifestyle brands.
- Strong expertise in multi-outlet operations, luxury dining concepts, and high-volume banquets.




- Demonstrated success in revenue generation, P&L; management, and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- High standards for service, presentation, and guest experience.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, luxury environment with international client.
**Qualifications**:
- F&B; strategy development and operational leadership.
- Menu engineering, culinary trends, and beverage program management.
- Revenue management, cost control, and P&L; accountability.
- Luxury guest experience design and service standards.
- Team leadership, talent development, and performance management.
- Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams for business optimization.
- Awareness of general luxury dining and hospitality trends.
