**Bilingual Mortgage Portfolio Analyst (English/Spanish)**
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in both English and Spanish? Do you enjoy helping clients and making processes run smoothly? We’re looking for a **Bilingual Mortgage Portfolio Analyst** to join our Mortgage Portfolio Management team and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Assist the Mortgage Portfolio Management team with daily operations.
- Provide account updates, payment options, and transaction support.
- Process payments and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Support delinquency management, insurance policies, and property tax payments.
- Prepare and send loan-related documentation efficiently.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing).
- Customer-service oriented with experience in banking, finance, or mortgages preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with loan management systems is a plus.
- Education: Professional or technical degree in business, finance, or administrative fields.




- Willingness to travel to the United States.
- Age: 20-30 years.
