As part of our team, you’ll adopt cutting-edge technologies to build a **fast**, **scalable**, and visually striking front-end, with a **strong focus on crafting intuitive and engaging UI/UX**.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns (beyond basic OOP) applied to software at scale
- Deep understanding of **Angular** best practices and modern features:
- Signals
- Standalone components
- Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
- Code organization and architecture
- Expertise in SASS/SCSS (mixins, variables, loops, functions)
- Experience with UI component libraries and SDKs (PrimeNG, Angular Material)
- Unit and integration testing proficiency (mandatory)
- Understanding of scaling challenges: concurrency,



data integrity, testing strategies
- Experience working with large databases with limited or no documentation
- Ability to work with mixed code quality environments (legacy systems and modern codebases)
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes and workflows
- English proficiency (written and spoken)

- Insurance knowledge
**This is a full-remote position**, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere as long as you are based in Guadalajara, Jalisco. While we value the freedom and collaboration remote work provides, we're also planning to transition to a hybrid model in 2026, allowing for a balanced approach to in-person collaboration and remote productivity.
